SHIPPING POLICY
The dispatch of your items depends on:

the stock levels of the items

the length of time required to complete Bespoke/ personalised items

when the order is processed (working days) and the completion of payment

COVID GUIDELINES - the ability to dispatch your items at a local Post Office.

dream clouds prefers to minimise the use of plastic packaging - thus using recycled materials. Smaller packages will be dispatched in letterbox size cardboard boxes that can be reused. Larger items and orders will be posted via larger cardboard boxes recycled from past deliveries. All postal orders will be sent 'signed for' or '48hr tracked' upon request.

Collection is possible in the Salisbury area if a time is arranged prior to pickup.

I use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for, which gives

Letterbox packaging - smaller deliveries £3.20 ROYAL MAIL signed for

Over £40 postage is FREE.

International Delivery​

Please contact us first before placing your order to ensure we can post your items Internationally and we will quote your delivery price.

We will be restricted as to what items can be posted to specific countries and we will be restricted to the postal guidelines

International parcels and will be sent with a Tracked & Signed service.

The agreed cost of delivery (between dream clouds admin and the 'buyer') will depend of the volume and the weight of the parcel. If you do not agree to these charges then we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post office box addresses.

We try to minimise the costs of safe, secure delivery,however if any destination country charges any customs or import duties - these are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. These charges vary greatly by country. If you have special instructions please place these in the base of the order - under 'special instructions'

Parcels over 2kg need to be split into 2 or more parcels

Lost or stolen packages
We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allows 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please email us at kirsten@dreamclouds.co.uk and we will investigate.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If you’ve received your parcel damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis, please contact us if you have any issues.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNED ORDERS
Any package that is returned to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us on kirsten@dreamclouds.co.uk and we will be very happy to assist you.

We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

Our return policy does not apply to perishable goods, items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process. If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address and you must contact us in writing or by email before returning the goods.
